FM Symphony: Urban Overture




URBAN OVERTURE is a FREE monthly event for young adults in their 20s and 30s who are interested an informal concert experience and networking with their peers.
Enjoy live music, hors d'oeuvres, wine tasting, discounted concert tickets, and prize drawings.

Urban Overture occurs Wednesday evening prior to a Masterworks symphony concert, 5:30-7:00pm at the Radisson in Downtown Fargo, 201 5th St.
5:30- wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres
6:00- live musical performance and Q&A with the guest soloist and Music Director Christopher Zimmerman

WHAT IS URBAN OVERTURE?
Urban Overture is an informal gathering to learn more about the weekend's concert offering. Guests can partake in the wine tasting provided by Bernie’s Wines & Liquors while enjoying hors d'oeuvres.
Music Director CHRISTOPHER ZIMMERMAN shares his take on the music featured in the upcoming symphony concert, followed by a performance from our GUEST SOLOISTS or Concertmaster (first chair violinist) BENJAMIN SUNG.
Each event includes a brief acknowledgment of the sponsors, a drawing for free concert tickets, and an explanation of how to purchase UO discounted tickets online - all of this in an informal, cocktail party-style atmosphere.
Urban Overture attendees have the option to purchase a $10 ticket to the following weekend’s concert ($20-$28 off the original price).
